Cornell Cooperative Extension in Monroe County

The Cornell Cooperative Extension program is meant to be a local hub of “research, information, and expertise,” all an arm’s length away. The Horticulture Program is particularly relevant here, as it exists to provide research-based horticultural information for everyone, from the home gardener to the commercial horticulture businesses person.

Home Gardening

Join the Cornell Cooperative Extension program for Flower City Feeling Good Gardening Workshops to learn about growing and maintaining your own edible gardens. Workshops take place at the City of Rochester Urban Agriculture Garden and Training Center (RUAGTC) at 500 Norton St.
